Two pets max per apartment home Non-refundable pet fee:

$300 for one pet
$500 for two pets
Pet addendum must be signed
No exotic pets allowed
Restricted Breeds:
Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, German Shepherd, or any mix of these breeds
Any animal listed by the ASPCA as an aggressive breed is not allowed
